The Rigid Manta Ray is a special weir suction head designed for rapid response oil recovery. This lightweight weir skimmer is suitable for recovery of a wide variety of oils. The top of the skimmer can be opened quickly while in operation to clear small debris from the suction ports to return the unit to efficient oil recovery.

How it works

The Rigid Manta Ray Oil Skimmer is the “easiest” skimmer to use on the market. It is a weir skimmer, which floats on the surface of the water and has an aluminum quick coupling that connects directly to a suction hose from a transfer pump or most commonly a vacuum truck.
